OUR BACKGROUND
Gillian is the Director and Manager of Aspire having over 35 years of experience working within the English education system with a strong focus, expertise and experience in special educational needs, learning and behaviour difficulties throughout the North West region of England.
Most recently, she created, co-owned and delivered a specialist outreach service to over 100 schools.
She is also a practitioner of the Triple P parenting program an Australian evidenced based parenting program. She has delivered this program to countless parents spanning over 35 yrs.
Noteworthy is that during the last 8 years she developed and operated two independent special schools for primary children who have learning and behavioural difficulties who have been or are at risk of exclusion from education. During this time, Gillian employed over 40 UK staff members.
Gill now wishes to share her knowledge, skill and experience with families and educators in Vanuatu.

Carrie is also Aspires Co-Owner and Director, with over 25 years’ experience working with children in both early learning centres and primary schools’ settings in England, child welfare at Good-start Early Learning in Australia.
Carrie is also the sole owner and manager of All-Day Care (Vanuatu) providing early learning education in Port Vila since 2017.
Carrie currently employs over 12 Ni-Vanuatu full and part-time staff with over 50 children registered at All-Day Care (both Ni-Vanuatu and Citizen, and Resident Ex-pats), attending various days over the course of the working week.
Through her many years of experience both inside & outside of Vanuatu, she has become a trusted member of the Port Vila early years education community, including assisting parents with children that have learning or behaviour difficulties, implementing tailored communication and learning techniques in Vanuatu for many years.
